Final Assignment! Greeting Cards

From here I've tried how to be a patient man. Didn't really work out but at least it changed me a little bit. Starting from folding suit ties to construct a typography message.

But still terrible work compared with others :(

I would say this is the worst experience I ever had in design school. Before entering this course I have never touched anything related to art. And I'm so sorry for submitting all terrible works. 

My theme is bee. Depressing...

That day was so fun. Everyone was so exhausted. 

Color Theory

In this class we learnt about colours. How colours express feelings and what message is the artist try to tell the audiences. So we were told to come out with a 'different color wheel'

Art Movement

  Art movement I choose was abstract. What is abstract? Abstract art can be a painting or sculpture that does not depict a person, place or thing in the natural world -- even in an extremely distorted or exaggerated way.
  First I find abstract art really reflects my personalities. I'm that kind of person who never follows rules. So abstract seems no rules to me. I can just simply draw and color on canvas.

This is an example of abstract art done by Cianelli Studios. It uses colors to express the feelings and messages to the audiences.

I chose horse as my theme because I'm always keep running, chasing for dreams.

Mindmap

I was told to do a mini mindmap with garbages found around the campus. After finding garbages, me and coursemates sat in Starbucks and get this done.
